摘要
以乙二胺为模板剂应用水热合成法合成出一种新颖的锌掺杂亚磷酸镓化合物[H3N(CH2)2NH3]1/2.[GaZn(HPO3)3(H2O)2].通过单晶X射线衍射分析得到晶体数据如下:空间构型,正交,a=1.86146(10)nm,b=1.10454(6)nm,c=1.09074(4)nm,V=2.24262(19)(nm)3,Z=8,R1=0.0421,wR2=0.0942.三维骨架是由M(1)O5(H2O)八面体、M(2)O4(H2O)2八面体及[HPO3]2-假四面体通过共享顶角氧原子连接而成.结构中,50%的Ga(Ⅲ)位置被Zn(Ⅱ)原子取代.
A new organically templated zinc-substituted gallium(Ⅲ ) phosphite with formula LH3 N (CH2)2NH3 1/2 · [GaZn( HPO3 )3 ( H2 O) 2 ] is synthesized by using hydrothermal synthesis method in the presence of ethylenediamine as structure-directing agent. Its structure is determined by means of single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis with the following crystal data: Orthorhombic space group , a = 1.861 46(10) nm, b = 1.104 54(6) nm, c =1.090 74(4) nm, V = 2.242 62 (19) (nm)^3 , Z = 8, R^1= 0. 042 1, ωR2 =0.094 2. The three-dimensional framework is built up from M(1)O3(H2O) octahedra, M(2)O4(H2O)2 octahedra and [HPO3]^2- pseudopyramid by sharing vertices. In the structure, 50% of the Ga(Ⅲ) sites are replaced by Zn( Ⅱ ) atoms.
