北京酒仙桥地区0~6岁儿童锌缺乏现状及相关元素分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:了解北京酒仙桥地区0—6岁散居儿童锌缺乏现状及微量元素锌与钙、铁、铜、镁的相互关系。方法:采用石墨炉原子吸收法对健康体检的2122例儿童进行手指血锌与其他元素钙、铁、铜、镁含量的测定,并进行血锌与其他元素的相关分析。结果:2122例儿童中,血锌含量最低值为75.36μmol/L,最高值为227.62μmol/L,锌缺乏发生率为24.8%。多元相关分析显示,血锌与血钙和镁的Pearaon相关系数最大,分别为0.198和0.081,P值均〈0.01。同时显示,血锌与血钙、血镁呈正相关关系。结论:儿童锌缺乏可导致血钙、血镁水平下降。
