摘要
目的:评价各病区各个阶段的护理质量、护士的综合素质及病人对护理人员的满意度,为进一步深化整体护理和提高护理质量提供参考依据。方法:制定星级护理服务的目标、考核标准及病人对护理人员的满意度调查表,每月对9个病区的护理质量和护士的综合素质进行考核评分,对病人进行满意度问卷调查。结果:各系统的护理质量、护理人员的综合素质及病人对护理人员的满意度逐年提高。结论:实施星级护理服务模式是提高护理质量、护士的综合素质及病人满意度的有效管理方法。
Objective: Evaluating of the ward various stages of the quality of care, the overall quality of nusses and the patients satisfaction with the nursing staff,providing reference materials in order to further deepen the overall care and enhance the nursing quality.Methods: Making the approaches of stars nursing services, the assessment criteria and the patients satisfnction questionnares for nursing, monthly evaluating the quality of the nine care wards and the overall quality of nurses, assessmenting the patients satisfaction questionnaire. Results: The quality of care for different system, the overll quality of nursing staff and patients satisfaction has improved with the increase of the years. Conclusion: This study proves that stars care service is an effective management model to improve quality of nursing services, the overall quality of nursing staff and patients satisfaction.
