摘要
用聚乙二醇、聚蔗糖、葡聚糖及银耳多糖对胰岛素进行化学修饰。经兔血糖测定其降血糖活性显示,4种修饰复合物可将胰岛素在体内的作用时间从通常的3~4h延长到8~12h.
Insulin was modified by PEG,Ficoll,Dextran or polysarcharides from spores of Tremella Fuciformis respectively.The activity of the four complexes to decrease the blood sugar in rabbit was investigated.The blood sugar assay showed that the hypoglycemic action of the four modified insulin complexes can last to 8~12 hours in vivo, compared to control of 3~4 hours.
