摘要
对中药山慈姑不同pH值水煎液与诱发小鼠微核细胞率关系进行实验观察。以小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核为指标,结果表明:山慈姑用酸性(pH3.0)或碱性(pH11.0)水浸泡1h并煎煮0.5h,可破坏其所含秋水仙碱,不增加微核细胞率,从而消除了诱变性,防止其诱变性对人体的不良影响,提高临床用药的安全性。
The effect of the decoction of Iphigenia indica Kunlhet Benth with different pH on the micronucleus ratio was studied with the mouse bone marrow PEC micronucleus.The result showed that the colchicine in the tested solution was destroyed by immersing the Iphigenia indica Kunlhet Benth in the water with different pH for one hour and boiled for 0.5 hour,and the mucagenicity from Iphigenia indica Kunlhet Benth was eliminated.
