比沙可啶栓剂与片剂治疗便秘的临床比较

The Clinical Comparison of Bisacodyl Suppository and Bisacodyl Tablet on Treating Constipation

２１８例便秘患者，其中１１１例使用比沙可啶栓剂治疗，１０７例使用比沙可啶片剂治疗，两组间进行比较，结果总有效率：栓剂１００％，片剂９６．３％；显效率：栓剂９４．６％，片剂７６．６％；平均起效时间：栓剂１．７７ｈ，片剂１１．４５ｈ．两组均无明显毒副作用。

In this study,218 constipation patients were enrolled,111 patients used bisacodyl suppository (suppository group) and 107 patients used bisacodyl tablet (control group). The two groups were compared in the efficiency,the onset of action, and the sideeffect.The results showed that the effective rate was 100% in suppository group and 96.3% in control group(p>0.05).The marked effective rate in suppository group(94.6%) was superior to that in control group(76.6%). The average onset of action was 1.77 h in suppository group and 11.45 h in control group.The sideeffect in two groups were relatively mild.
