关于温州城市社区设施建设的思考

Reflection on the Construction of Community Facilities in Wenzhou

社区设施建设是否完善是衡量一个社区乃至一个城市发展的重要标准。近年来,温州城市社区设施建设在政府的重视和大力推动下取得了可喜的成绩,但仍然存在一些问题,亟需通过完善社区设施、明确社区设施归属、开发社区设施功能等措施加以解决,从而为温州的文明建设注入强大的动力。

The perfection of community facilities is an important measurement standard for the development of a community, or even a city. In recent years, great achievements have been obtained in the construction of community facilities with the attention and promotion of the government; however, there still exist some problems, which can be solved by perfecting community facilities, making a clear distinction of the ownership of community facilities and developing their functions. In this case, it can impulse the construction of Wenzhou civilization.
