法治国家的建设和公民平等观念的培养,是相互促进、相互统一的。随着我国法治国家的建设,社会"从身份走向契约",公民平等观念也发生嬗变:从公权本位走向私权本位、公民主体自治观念增强和公民主体平等观念得到提升。

The construction of a nomocracy country and the cultivation of citizens＇ concept of equality are of mutual promotion and unity. With the construction of China＇s nomocracy and the ＂from status to contract＂ transformation of the society, great evolution has taken place in citizens＇ concept of equality： the transformation from the standard public right to that of private one and the enhancement of citizen＇s concept of subject autonomy and equality.
