科研工作是提升高职院校综合实力的抓手,与教学相辅相成,密不可分。但由于高职院校起步较晚,在科研工作上仍存在诸多不足之处。应通过明确高职院校科研工作地位,加强科研骨干和人才队伍建设以及加强科研管理,增强高职院校科研实力。

Scientific research, an important part of promoting the comprehensive strength in vocational colleges, is inseparably complementary to teaching. However, since its late start of vocational colleges, many flaws exist in its scientific research. Therefore, abilities of scientific research should be improved by the definition of its position, enforcement of research talent construction and administration.
