摘要
目的 :探讨夹心 dot- EL ISA检测钉螺血吸虫抗原的可行性及可靠性。方法 :利用组合单抗 ,通过夹心 dot- EL ISA检测未感染和不同感染期的钉螺血吸虫抗原 ,并与镜检比较。结果 :集体感染组 1- 3wk,夹心 dot- EL ISA检测的阳性率、符合率随着时间的推移逐渐呈上升趋势 ;感染4 - 9wk,除第 6wk外 ,阳性率、敏感性及符合率均为 10 0 % ,同镜检结果基本一致 ;未感染组结果全部阴性 ,与镜检结果一致 ;12只镜检显示为其它吸虫感染的钉螺 ,夹心 dot- EL ISA阴性。结论 :夹心 dot- EL ISA可用于检测钉螺血吸虫抗原。
AIM:To observe the feasibility and reliability of sandwich dot- ELISA in detecting schistosome antigen in Oncomelania snails.METHODS:Combined monoclonal antibodies were used in detecting schistosome antigen of Oncomelania snails which were not infected or infected differently with miracidia.RESUL TS:Compared with the results of microscopy, both the positive rate and correspondent rate rise gradually within 1 - 3weeks in the group which was infected with collective miracidia,the positive rate,sensitivity and correspondent rate reached1 0 0 % during4- 9weeks exceptweek6 ,being almostthe same as the results of microscopy;All the results of the uninfected group were negtive,just the same as mi- croscopy.The results of Oncomelania snails which infected with other trematodes were nega- tive in dot- ELISA. CONCL USION:Sandwich dot- ELISA might be used to detect schisto- some antigen in Oncomelania snails.
