糖尿病患者糖尿病酮症及酮症酸中毒防治知识掌握情况调查

The Investigation of the Knowledge of Prevention and Treatment of Complication Ketonization of Diabetes Mellitus

目的了解糖尿病患者糖尿病酮症及酮症酸中毒防治知识掌握情况,为有针对性地进行糖尿病健康教育提供依据。方法对在潍坊市人民医院诊治的535例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,了解糖尿病酮症及酮症酸中毒防治知识掌握情况。结果糖尿病患者发病前后酮症及酮症酸中毒防治知识掌握情况有差别,发病后知识掌握程度有所提高,但与期望目标相比还有很大差距。患者对基础知识掌握情况发病后显著提高,而涉及较深层次健康问题掌握程度还不够。结论为今后有针对性地加强糖尿病患者健康教育提供了基础信息。加强糖尿病酮症及酮症酸中毒知识教育的措施,通过系统的健康教育使糖尿病患者最大程度地获得糖尿病相关知识,认识到糖尿病并发症酮症及酮症酸中毒的危害,掌握预防及治疗措施,建立科学的生活方式,对有效控制糖尿病的发展与危害具有重要意义。

OBJECTIVE To understand the knowledge of prevention and treatment of complication ketonization among diabetics and provide with bases for perfecting the health education of diabetics. METHODS A questionnaire survey was conducted among 535 patients in a general hospital. RESULTS The knowledge rate of prevention and treatment of complication ketonization after the disease occurrence was higher than that of before the disease occurrence. But the participants still lack the relevant knowledge of complications of diabetes mellitus（DM） including ketosis. CONCLUSION The result provides with the basis for strengthening the health education of diabetics and has significant meaning for preventing and controlling the development of DM.
