摘要
在pH_7.5-9.5缓冲溶液中,在乳化剂OP存在下,铍与苯基萤光酮(PF)生成一种红色配合物,该配合物最大吸收峰位于545nm,摩尔吸光系数为7.56×10~4L.mol^(-1).cm^(-1)。测得配合物中Be与PF的配合比为1:2。0—2μg Be/25ml浓度范围内符合比尔定律。本法曾用于合成试样中微量铍的测定,结果满意。
In a buffer solution of pH7.5—9.5 and in the presence of emulsifier OP, beryllium forms a red complex with PF, of which the maximum absorbance is measured at 545 nm with molar absorptivity being 7.56×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). The molar ratio of Be to PF is 1:2. Beer's law is obeyed in the beryllium concentration range of 0—2μg/25ml. The method has been applied to the microdetermination of Be in a synthetic sample with reliable results.
