摘要 目的和方法:比较静脉恒速滴注2、5、10、20μgkg-1min-1不同剂量多巴胺对家兔肾血流量(RBF)、尿量及一些循环功能指标的影响。结果:2及5μg组RBF明显增加,10μg组轻度增加,20μg组显著降低(P<0.01)。尿量随RBF增加而增多。MAP在10μg以下的两组呈上升趋势,20μg组无变化。HR在各剂量组均增快,以2μg组显著。20μg组多数出现室性心律失常,其余各组未发生。结论:抗休克应用多巴胺时,剂量最好勿大于10μgkg-1min-1,否则不利于肾功能的维护。 Objective and Methods:The influences of dopamine (DA) on rental blood flow (RBF),urine outpwt,ECG and hemodynamics under continuous infusion of different doses of 2,5,10and 20μg·kg-1·min-1 DA were studied in 30 rabbits.Results:RBF increased significantly following infusion of dopamine in a dose of or 5μg·kg-1·min-1 and slightly in a dose of 10μg·kg-1·min-1 was infused.On the contrary,the RBF decreased markedly when DA 20μg·kg-1·min-1 was infused.Urine output changed in correspondence with RBF and increased grandually during dopamine infusion in lower dosage,but no change in a dose of 20μg·kg-1·min-1.HR,however increased significantly in all dose groups.Ventricular arrhythmia occured only in the 20μg·kg-1·min-1 dose group.Conclusion:For treatment of shock,the dose of dopamine should not exceed 10μg·kg-1·min-1,because higher doses of dopamine may lead the outcome even worse.
