摘要 目的:观察不同浓度和pH利多卡因对蛙离体坐骨神经复合动作电位的影响。方法:用5%碳酸氢钠调制出7种不同浓度和pH值的利多卡因溶液进行离体蛙坐骨神经标本实验,测定动作、电位衰减时间。结果和结论:将盐酸利多卡因溶液pH由4.5增加到6.0,可明显缩短其起效时间,增强神经阻滞作用,但对作用持续时间无明显影响。 Objective: The effects of lidocaine in different concentration and pH on compound action potential of the sciatic nerve isolated from frog were observed. Methods: The decline times of action potertial were recorded when the frog sciatic nerve preparation was merged in the 7 different lidocaine solutions treated with 5% bicarbonate. Results and Conclusion: Increasing the pH of lidocaine solutions from 45 to 60 could shorten the onset time and improve the quality of nerve blockade, but had no effect on the duration of action.
