职业学校教师培训的教学组织与管理

为了加强职教师资培养中的实践教学，充分发挥我校“全国职教师资重点建设基地”和“全国高职高专教育师资培训基地”的功能，我们实施了“双岗实习、置换培训”的实习新模式。这不仅突显了高等职业技术师范教育的办学特色，也充分发挥了我校“全国职教师资重点建设基地”和“全国高职高专教育师资培训基地”的功能。为了更好地配合师资培养“双岗实习、置换培训”工作，我们采取了以下措施：了解职业学校教师需求，科学制定培训方案，采取多样化教学方式以满足不同教师的需要，采用四步教学法、加强企业实践，并取得了良好效果。

In order to enhance vocational teachers＇practise teaching, fully realize the function of ＂the high commissioner of the national professorship of teachers＇training base＂ and ＂the national duty of teachers＇training base＂, our college have implemented the new mode of ＂dual vocation and changeable training＂, In the course of changeable training, we carried out fully investigate, understand teacher＇s demand and make the training scheme scientifically ; take diversified teaching ways, meet different teachers＇ need ; adopt teaching of four steps, strengthen enterprise practice make good result.
