摘要
[目的]总结腹腔镜胃癌根治术围术期的护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析10例腹腔镜胃癌根治术病人资料。[结果]无一例发生并发症,均痊愈出院,术后平均住院时间为10.6 d。[结论]加强术前心理护理及肠道准备,术后密切观察病人的生命体征,做好管道护理,严防肺部感染和腹部并发症等,是腹腔镜胃癌根治术围术期的有效护理措施。
Objective： To summarize the peri-operative nursing measures for gastric cancer patients undergoing radical correction under laparoscope. Methods： Data of 10 gastric cancer patients undergoing radical correction under laparoscopewere analyzed retrospectively. Results： No one case occurred complications and all patients healed and discharged. The average hospitalization time among them was 10.6 days. Conclusion. To strengthen preoperative psychological care and bowel preparation, to observing vital sign of patients closely after operation, to provide better tube care, and to prevent pulmonary infection and abdominal complications are the effective peri-operative period nursing measures for gastric cancer patients undergoing radical correction under laparoscope.
