摘要
[目的]探讨应用以问题为基础的学习(PBL)法构建新的护理技能教学模式的教学实践效果。[方法]选择4年制护理本科生100名为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50名,对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用PBL教学模式,比较两组学生技能操作评价成绩。[结果]观察组学生技能操作考核成绩优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]护理技能教学中应用PBL教学法可明显提高学生的主动学习和解决问题的能力,有效提高教学实践效果。
Objective: To probe into practical effect of applying problem- based learning (PBL) method to construct new nursing skills teaching mode. Methods: A total of 100 4-year system college nursing students were selected and divided into test group and control group randomly (50 cases each). Students of control group were adopted traditional teaching mode. And PBL teaching mode was carried out for test group students. Then skills manipulation examination performances as teaching practice effect of students between the two groups were compared. Results: Skills manipulation examination performances of test group students were better than that of control group cases. There was statistical significant difference between both group (P〈0.05). Conclusion. Applying PBL teaching method in nursing skills teaching can enhance the ability of students' active learning and problem-solving significantly. And it can enhance teaching practical effect for nursing students effectively.
