Tumor of the follicular infundibulum

报告1例毛囊漏斗部肿瘤。患儿女,11岁。因左颞部斑块、结节11年就诊。患儿出生后左颞部即有一粉红色斑块,3个月前在斑块表面出现一小结节。皮损组织病理检查示真皮乳头层见呈水平盘状生长的肿瘤,与表皮多部位相连。肿瘤细胞染色偏淡,周围细胞呈栅栏样排列。诊断:毛囊漏斗部肿瘤。

An 11-year-old female patient presented with ll-year history of plaque and nodule on her left temple. A pink plaque on her temple was found at birth, and a nodule was seen on the surface of the plaque 3 months ago. The histopathologic examination showed a discoid, horizontal growth tumor in papillary dermis, with a multiple link to the overlying epidermis. The tumor cells stained pale than the epidermis nearby, and the surrounding cells showed palisading distribution. The diagnosis is the tumor of the follicular infundibulum.
