表现为角状增生的化脓性肉芽肿

Granuloma pyogenicum presenting as horn-like hyperplasia

报告1例呈角状增生表现的化脓性肉芽肿。患者女,32岁。下唇正中有一黑褐色柱状增生物,凸出皮面约1.5cm。皮损组织病理检查示毛细血管扩张性肉芽肿。

A case of granuloma pyogenicum presented as horn-like hyperplasia is reported. The patient was a 32-year-old woman. There was a black-brown columnar hyperplasia on the center of her lower lip, which was about 1.5 cm in length above the skin surface. The pathologic diagnosis was granuloma telangiectaticum.
