摘要 药物引起的迟发性多器官超敏综合征(DIDMOHS)是伴有发热、皮损、内脏受累及嗜酸性粒细胞增多的特殊类型的重症药疹。该综合征尚具有迟发性、迁延性的特点。该文就其流行病学、发病机制、临床特点、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗等作一综述。
