摘要 以C57BL/6同系小鼠为实验对象,采用LLC(lewislungcarcinoma)肿瘤调制肿瘤细胞悬液,将1×106肿瘤细胞接种于小鼠左侧足垫内,对肿瘤进行局部水浴热疗。加热温度分别为:37°C、43°C、45°C和47°C30min,观察肿瘤局部热疗效果。结果发现,43°C和45°C30min,热疗可有效控制肿瘤生长,减少肺转移的发生。47°C30min热疗可致肢体坏死,但仍可出现肺部转移。 To establish tumor animal model, 96 C57BL/6 mice was injected 1×106 Lewis lung carcinoma cells into left foot pad for local hyperthermia with water bath at 37~47°C for 30 min. The results showed that local hyperthermia 43 ̄45°C for 30 min could control tumor growth and the volume of the tumor decreased. Furthermore, the number of metastases in tumorbearing mice was significantly lower than that in the control group. The limb of the mice treated with 47°C for 30 min would be amputated because of necrosis, but lung metastases did develop. At the same time, we found that the core body temperature be correlated with heat treatment. This tumor animal model may be useful for further study of local hyperthermia on tumor.
