分析头痛常规脑电图166例

166 cases of headache analysed by conventional EEG

目的:探讨脑电图对头痛的临床诊断价值。方法:对166例头痛(包括间断头痛、偏头痛、头痛性癫痫、枕后痛、外伤后头痛)患者进行常规脑电图检查。结果:正常脑电图100例(60%),轻度异常42例(25%),中度异常9例(5.4%),界限性异常9例(5.4%),广泛低电压不规则脑电图6例(3.6%),总异常率30.7%。结论:常规脑电图检查对头痛的诊断无很高的特异性,但对了解头痛患者脑的功能及颅内占位性病变引起的头痛等有一定的价值。

Objective： EEG is used for the clinical diagnosis of headache.Method： 166 cases of headaches （ including intermittent headache,migraine,headache epilepsy,and pillow after pain, post-traumatic headache）were doing routine EFG checks.Results： 100 patients with normal eleetroencephalogram （ 60 percent ）, 42 cases of mild abnormalities （ 25 percent ）, moderate anomaly nine cases （ 5.4 percent ）, limits of nine cases of abnormal（5.4 percent）, extensive low- voltage irregular EFG Figure six cases（3.6 percent） ,the abnormal rate of 30.7 percent. Conclusions： There is no high specificity in EEG check with the diagnosis of headache. However, there are some helps for the understandings of headache patients with brain function and intracranial lesions caused by headache.
