针对某些给水泵高效叶轮功率太大而出现电动机过载问题,阐述了DG270-150型高压给水泵原始参数,通过计算分析找出了叶轮出口安放角与给水高度、流量和功率的关系,能够使水泵降至额定功率运行。

Focusing on overload problem of motor due to higher power of great efficient impeller of some feed pumps, the paper discussed the original parameters of DG270 - 150 type high pressure feed pump, the relationships between the outlet installing angle of impeller and the height of feed water, the flow rate and the power by analyzing and calculating, which can make the water pump operate at power rating.
