摘要
针对宏伟热电厂循环水系统运行过程中汽轮机凝汽器管材的腐蚀、结垢和粘泥倾向加剧问题,采取加药处理的方法来提高循环水的浓缩倍率,即选用了聚丙烯酸聚合物、异噻啉酮、活性溴等药剂,利用荧光示踪型药剂的优点,与自动加药控制技术有机地结合,实现了无人自动控制,将循环水的浓缩倍率提高到了6倍以上,达到了减少排放、节约用水的目的;节水率达30%,可获得200万元/年,经济效益显著。
Focusing on the problems of corrosion, fouling and adhering mud of condenser tube in Hongwei Thermal Power Plant, use adding chemical agent to water to increase concentration ratio of circulating water, that is, using polyaminoacrylate polymer and active bromine etc. applying the advantages of fluorescence tracer type chemical agent and combining with automatic adding chemical agent control technology can implement automatic control with non duty, which can increase the concentration ratio of circulating water to more than 6 times and implements the prospected goal of emission - decreasing and water - saving, water - saving ratio is about 30%, and the plant can receive two millions per year due to water - saving.
