摘要
本文对近期媒体上关于新闻人才招聘的情况进行调查和分析,并根据调查结论对新闻教育进行了思考。
The paper is based on the survey of recent needs of media talents in our country, and analyzes the survey results＇ inspiration for the journalism education.
