在城市文明的传播中,农民工有着双重的传播角色,通过不同的传播行为影响了传统束缚下的农村社会,对农村信息平台的构建有着先导和示范作用。但同时由于农民工自身的局限性和社会传媒环境的制约,其传受有一定的混杂性和低层次性。如何更好的发挥农民工的传播作用,建立一个有效的农村信息平台,这需要充分发挥大众传媒的引领构建作用以及政府机构的协调管理职能。
