摘要
随着管道敷设要求不断提高,定向钻技术和夯管技术各自的一些不足限制了其应用和发展。特别是对于一些长距离、大管径、复杂地质的穿越工程,其施工风险让人望而生畏。为了降低风险,我们在工程中尝试将这两种技术融合,相互取长补短,采用水平定向钻对穿技术和套管辅助工艺进行穿越,虽然在一定程度上增加了施工成本,但穿越的风险得到了有效控制,为解决这些问题提供了又一个新的途径。
With the pipelines laying requirements continuously improvement some technical shortcomings of directional drilling technology and pipe ramming technology limit their use and development. Especially for some long-distance, large-diameter, complex-geology projects, the construction risks are so large. To reduce risks, we try to work in these two technology integration, learning from each other and using the directional drilling opposite-direction crossing technology and the pipe-casing accessorial technics. Although increasing some construction costs on a certain extent, the risks have been availably controlled.Thus ,here provides a new way to solve these problems.
