摘要
应用MTT比色法观察埃托啡、吗啡等对神经母细胞瘤细胞株SK-N-SH细胞增殖代谢的影响,同时采用TUNEL原位细胞凋亡检测技术,观察上述药物有无诱发SK-N-SH细胞凋亡的作用。结果表明,埃托啡不但能抑制神经细胞的增殖代谢,并能引发神经细胞凋亡,且该作用不能被阿片受体拮抗剂纳络酮所阻断。而在同样实验条件下吗啡不引起SK-N-SH细胞的凋亡。提示埃托啡诱导神经细胞凋亡的途径可能不通过阿片受体。
The MTT metabolism of neuronl cell line SK-N-SH were investigated ,and cell apoptosis were detected in SK-N-SH cell after treated with etorphine , morphine and naloxone.The results were show that etorphine not only inhibits the MTT metabolism but also induces apoptosis of SK-N-SH cell,which naloxone cannot block . Morphine only reduces the MTT metabolism and cannot cause apoptosis.So those suggest etorphine may induce apoptosis of neuronal cell,which may not be mediated by opiate receptor.
