摘要
对化学致癌剂２－ＦＡＡ诱发鼠肝癌过程中血清、肝组织中ＧＰＤＡ总活性进行动态观察。在肝脏由癌前病变到癌变过程中，早期血清ＧＰＤＡ总活性升高，肝细胞可溶性ＧＰＤＡ减少；后期血清和肝组织中ＧＰＤＡ总活性均升高。研究结果提示，实验鼠肝癌血清ＧＰＤＡ总活性升高，早期是肝细胞释放增加，后期是肝细胞合成增加并释放入血。
In this study,we investigated the changes of total glycylproline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase activity(TGPDA)in the serum and liver of rats with hepatoma induced by chemical carcinogen 2-FAA.From precancerous pathological changes to canceration of rats liver,TGPDA increased in the serum and decreased in the soluble fraction of the liver in the early stage.In the advanced stage TGPDA increased both in serum and liver.It was suggested that the increase of serum TGPDA in experimental rat hepatoma may be due to the release of the enzyme from liver cell in the early stage,and due to the hyperproduction of the enzyme and then release from hepatoma tissue to blood in the advanced stage.
