摘要
为了预测BW—1085T/H锅炉炉膛内可能出现的结渣问题,本文对该机组进行了炉内换热计算的尝试。根据计算数据和对结渣条件的分析,预报了结渣的可能性。该机组在最近的部分负荷运行中已出现结渣现象,证明以前的预报结论是接近实际的。
In order to predict the slagging conditions in the furnace of the boiler BW-1085T/H, a tentative calculation of heat transfer in the furnace is carried out. Based on the calculated results and the analysis of slagging conditions, he possibility of slag formation is predicted. In recent operation of the boier at part load, slag formation has really happened, thus proving that the prediction is fairly true.
