RT-PCR法检测肝炎患者血清中庚型肝炎病毒核酸

DETECTION OF HGV-RNA WITH RT-PCR IN SERUM SAMPLES FROM HEPATITIS PATIENTS

为了对庚型肝炎病毒（ＨＧＶ）的进一步研究提供基础，设计了针对ＨＧＶ基因组５’－ＮＣＲ区的引物，建立了ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ检测ＨＧＶ核酸的方法。通过对１１６例肝炎患者血清中ＨＧＶ－ＲＮＡ检测，分别在乙肝、丙肝患者血清中各检出２例ＨＧＶ－ＲＮＡ阳性，阳性率分别为４．７％和８．７％。甲肝患者血清中未检出ＨＧＶ－ＲＮＡ。

The nested RT-PCR using primers specific for the 5’non-coding region of HGV genome was established.HGV RNA in one hundred and sixteen serum samples,which were collected from various clinical hepatitis Patients were detected by RT-PCR.Four Samples were HGV RNA positive,including two patients with hepatitis B Virus and two patients with hepatitis C Virus.Both positive rate was 4.7% and 8.7%. HGV RNA were not in serum Samples with hepatitis A Virus.
