多西紫杉醇联合同步放射对小鼠Lewis肺癌生长抑制作用及机制的研究 被引量:1

摘要 随机临床试验和荟萃分析均发现同步放化疗可有效提高无法手术切除的Ⅲ期NSCLC患者的生存率,是目前的标准治疗模式,而多西紫杉醇联合同步放疗是目前比较推崇的肺癌综合治疗方案。实验通过观察多西紫杉醇同步结合放射的体内抗肿瘤效应,以期探讨其抗肿瘤活性及相关机制,为临床使用多西紫杉醇同步联合放疗提供理论依据。
