Bio-oss与光固化氢氧化钙合用治疗髓室底穿孔临床研究 被引量:2

A clinical study on the treatment of furcation perforations using Bio-oss and light solidification calcium hydroxide

摘要 目的:探讨Bio-oss骨粉与光固化氢氧化钙盖髓剂并用治疗髓室底穿孔的临床疗效。方法:75例髓室底穿孔病例,实验组39例将Bio-oss骨粉与光固化氢氧化钙盖髓剂并用修补穿孔,对照组36例单一应用光固化氢氧化钙盖髓剂修补穿孔。治疗1年后根据X线片和临床症状评价疗效。结果:穿孔直径<2mm时,实验组与对照组无显著性差异,穿孔直径>2mm时,实验组成功率80.0%,对照组成功率64.3%,两组存在显著性差异。结论:Bio-oss骨粉与光固化氢氧化钙盖髓剂并用治疗髓室底穿孔有较好的临床疗效,对髓室底较大穿孔的治疗效果优于单一应用光固化氢氧化钙盖髓剂组。 Objective: To evaluate the effects of Bio-oss and light solidification calcium hydroxide on the treatment of fureation perforations. Method: 75 cases with fureation perforation were randomly divided into experimental group with 39 cases treated by Bio-oss and light solidification calcium hydroxide, and control group with 36 cases treated by light solidification calcium hydroxide. The effects of two groups were evaluated through X-ray photograph and clinical Symptoms one year later. Result: there were no difference between the experimental group and the control group in the treatment of fureation perforations when the diameter of the perforation was no more than 2 millimeters; But when the diameter was more than 2 millimeters, there was a significant difference between two groups, that is the experimental group had a higher healing rate (80.0%) in contrast to that (64.3%) in control group. Conclusion: The combination of Bio-oss and light solidification calcium hydroxide is more effective in the treatment of the perforation. It is also better than the light solidification calcium hydroxide about repairing larger perforation.
