物理抗菌材料用于口腔癌术创安全性的初步观察

Primary observation of oral cancer patients using physical antimicrobial material after surgery

目的:观察洁悠神物理抗菌材料用于口腔癌术后预防感染时患者的不良反应情况。方法:从手术当日开始,在口腔、口咽部、鼻咽部以及颈部术创创面(缘)喷洒洁悠神物理抗菌材料,同时行血液学检测。结果:所有患者均未出现明显的痛、痒、过敏等症状,其中有11例患者初次使用时自觉气味欠佳,但仍能够接受并配合治疗。与对照组相比,治疗组患者用药后白细胞,粒细胞,淋巴细胞,血红蛋白,血小板,谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、白蛋白、球蛋白,尿素氮、肌酐等检测指标均无显著性差异。结论:洁悠神物理抗菌材料作为辅助用药用于口腔癌术后预防感染尚未见明显不良反应。

Objective： The aim of this study was to observe adverse reaction in oral cancer patients who were prevented from infection using JUC physical antimicrobial material after surgery. Method： Beginning on the operative day,JUC physical antimicrobial material was sprayed on the oral cavity, oropharynx, nasopharynx, neck and the surface of wound, while hematology examinations were done.Result： The adverse reactions such as pain, itching, allergy and so on were not observed in all patients. 11 patients were willing to receive the treatment even if they perceived the scent of JUC physical antimicrobial material at the beginning. There were no significant differences in WBC, GRA, LYM, HB, PLT, GOT, GPT, ALB, GLB,BUN and Cr between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion：No obvious adverse reaction was detected in oral cancer patients who were prevented from infection with auxiliary medication of JUC physical antimicrohial material after surgery.
