超瓷复合纤维全瓷冠修复前牙的美学探讨

Aesthetics in targis/vectris all-ceramic crown of anterior teeth

目的:探讨影响前牙超瓷全瓷冠美学修复的因素。方法:采用超瓷全瓷冠对28例患者的前牙进行修复,并对满意度进行调查,分析统计结果。结果:美观满意度达到85.71%,形态效果达到92.86%,修复牙边缘密合度达到92.16%,形态恢复达到86.27%。结论:超瓷全瓷冠在前牙修复上效果满意,其美学特性与牙体预备、比色、形态恢复等因素密切相关。

Objective：To explore the factors influencing the aesthetics of targis / vectris all-ceramic crown of anterior teeth. Method： In this experiment, 28 patients who accepted anterior teeth restorations of targis/vectris all-ceramic crown in our clinics were recruited. After the treatment was completed,the satisfactory degree of the restoration of both the patients and the dentists were inquired into and analyzed. Result：In this experiment,about 85.71% patients are satisfied with the aesthetics,about 92.86% with shape restoration. Meanwhile,about 92.16% dentist are satisfied with marginal fitness,about 86.27% with shape restoration. Conclusion：targis/vectris all-ceramic crown restoration of anterior teeth has excellent esthetic property, which closely related to the preparation of teeth, color match and shape restoration, etc.
