下颌神经管CT扫描及在下颌后牙种植中的应用 被引量:13

Significance of CT scan in the mandibular canal before the mandibular posterior teeth implant.

摘要 目的:探讨下颌神经管CT扫描的技术原理、应用效果及在下颌后牙种植中的临床意义。方法:应用GE螺旋CT对18例下颌骨按照自定设计方案进行扫描及图像后处理分析。结果:下颌神经管经过一套系统的观察得到详尽的显示和精确的测量。结论:规范、有序的下颌神经管扫描方案简单易行,能够很好地显示下颌神经管走行方向及其与周围结构的关系,对下颌后牙种植术前手术方案的制定具有重要的临床意义,其程序可在放射科固化。 Objective: to study the technical principle and applied effect of spiral CT in the mandibular canal, and it's clinical significance in posterion teeth inplant.Method: 18 patient's were scanned by GE spiral CT with our own design scheme and make backpicture handle analyse.Result:the mandibular canal were showed detaibedly through the systic observe.Conclusion: the scheme of mandibular scan is standard and rrderly.it's simple and easy to use. The intramandibular course and anatomic structure of the mandibular canal could be showed clearly. And it's order could be fixed in department of radiology.
