星状神经节阻滞治疗难治性灼口综合征临床观察 被引量:6

Adopting stellate ganglion block to treat refractoriness burning mouth syndrome.

摘要 目的:探讨采用星状神经节阻滞(stellate ganglion block,SGB)疗法治疗难治性灼口综合征的临床疗效及作用机制。方法:以4cm长注射针在C6横突结节正上方垂直刺入,达骨质,退针2mm回吸无血液和脑脊液,注入1%利多卡因5ml。采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)对疗效进行评估。结果:48例中,痊愈23例(48%),好转21例(44%),无效4例(8%),总有效率达92%。结论:SGB用于难治性灼口综合征的治疗可获得较确切的临床疗效。 Objective:To exploer the effect and mechanism of adopting stellate ganglion block (SGB) to treat refractoriness burning mouth syndrome (BMS).nethod:4 cm dolicho-needles were used to piqure into soft tissue where above C6 processus transverses nodus and reached facies ossea,and then were draw back 2 cm. 5 ml lidocaine (1%) was infund.Visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to appraisal the curative effect.Result.. Of 48 cases, heal 23 cases (48%): improve 21 cases (44%):ineffective 4 cases (8%),the total effective rate is 92%.Conclusion:SGB is a kind of effective treatment of refractoriness BMS.
