大鼠与小鼠内含子中插入、缺失与替换的速度与模式

摘要 研究了啮齿类动物大鼠与小鼠内含子中插入(insertion)、缺失(deletion)和替换(substitution)发生的速度与模式.结果表明,缺失比插入发生的频率高,在大鼠和小鼠中单个碱基的插入与缺失发生频率最高.插入与缺失发生次数随长度的增加而迅速减少,二者的理论分布都符合幂次法则(power-law).在大鼠内含子中,AT→GC的替换频率高于GC→AT,但在小鼠内含子中GC→AT的替换频率高于AT→GC.大鼠与小鼠内含子中存在的缺失偏好表明,由于可能降低转录与剪切的效率,内含子中的插入比缺失更容易受到自然选择的制约.此外,大鼠与小鼠内含子中的替换模式表明,其内含子的组成及GC含量都处于非平衡状态.
