摘要
通过对材料成分的研究,采用粉末冶金工艺获得一种铝青铜基制动闸片材料。定速摩擦试验测试表明,该制动闸片具有高而稳定的摩擦系数,磨损率低,摩擦稳定性优良,满足300 km/h高速列车制动闸片的性能要求。
Based on the experimental study of chemical compositions, braking material with aluminium bronze matrix was fabricated by metallurgy methods. The friction properties of the materials were determined using a pin-on-disk wear machine. The results show that the material has a high and stable friction coefficient, low wear rate and good friction stability, and can be used as the brake pads for high speed trains with 300 km/h.
