摘要
对柴油机气缸套进行等离子多元共渗试验研究,并对硼铸铁气缸套和等离子多元共渗气缸套进行了磨损对比试验。结果获得所希望的总硬化层深度和硬化层显微硬度;等离子多元共渗气缸套的耐磨性以及配副活塞环耐磨性比硼铸铁气缸套都有显著的提高。该工艺加热时间短,缸套变形小,且生产过程稳定,成本低,效率高。
The plasma multicomponent cementation for cylinder liner in diesel engine was studied. A wear-contrast test between boron ,cast liner and multicomponent cemented liner was carried out. The results show that the total depth of the hardened layer and the microhardness are obtained, the wearability of the cemented cylinder liner and the piston ring are higher than that of the boron cast cylinder liner. The plasma multicomponent cementation technology is characterized by short heating time, small cylinder deformation, stable process, low cost and high efficiency.
