摘要
连铸连轧铜管挤压模具是连铸连轧铜管生产线的主要消耗工具,本文从材料选择和热处理温度方面,阐述了提高连铸连轧铜管挤压模具使用寿命的方法,并对4Cr3Mo2MnVNbB(Y4)和3Cr2W8V钢热处理后的性能做了比较试验。结果表明,用4Cr3Mo2MnVNbB(Y4)钢制造连铸连轧铜管挤压模具,并经适当的热处理,能显著提高模具的使用寿命。
The extrusion die of brass tubes in continuous casting and rolling is main consumable parts in continuous casting and rolling production line. Aimed at the materials selection and heat treatment, the methods to improve worklife of the extrusion die were formulated. The performance contrast experiments about 4Cr3Mo2MnVNbB (Y4) and 3Cr2W8V steels after heat treatment were made. The results show that the worklife of the extrusion die made of 4Cr3Mo2MnVNbB(Y4) steel after appropriate heat treatment can be remarkably improved.
