摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜和硬度仪等设备对国产75和德国产CK75汽车雨刷器用板簧材料产品的化学成分及热处理后的微观组织和硬度分布特征进行分析。结果表明,二者的化学成分和微观组织基本相近,但国产材料在热处理过程中脱碳倾向比较严重,导致进口产品各部位的硬度明显高于国产材料的,是造成国产雨刷器使用寿命低于进口雨刷器使用寿命的主要原因。
The microstructure, hardness distribution and alloy-content of windshield-wiper made of spring steel 75 (China) and CK75 (Germany) were analyzed by SEM and hardness test. The results show that the alloy-content and microstructure of both spring steel are similar, but decarburization tendency of 75 steel products is more severe than that of CK75 steel products during heat treatment, which cause the worklife of the wipers of 75 steel much less than the ones of CK75 steel.
