妊娠晚期再次二尖瓣置换术1例
摘要
病人女，31岁。体重55kg。停经7个月，胎动3个月，胸闷、气促、不能平卧1周。病人10年前行二尖瓣机械瓣置换，又因乳糜胸行二次右侧开胸手术。2年前中期流产。此次为怀孕自行停抗凝药物8个月。
