Traditionai rank system have a great deal of issue, so we must put forward a scientific effective new method to transform it. But how to announce students＇ scores effectively and scientifically and combine the characteristics of cybertimes？ In the light of this question, this paper makes a concrete analysis of how to announce students＇ score in the right way. According to this and combining network technology, the paper researches the concrete implementation of online announcing students＇ score based on B/S mode to suit different network environment, moreover, the paper analyzes and appraises the implementation schemes completely.
