摘要
根据液压材料试验机的改造要求,提出了基于PCI总线的数据采集卡的设计方案,并对其进行了详细的论证,进而完成了系统硬件结构的设计,并对系统的软件编程作了简要的介绍。实践证明,数据采集卡其高性能、高稳定性、高可靠性在材料试验机改造系统中发挥高效的作用,大大提高试验结果的准确度。
This thesis introduces a design of data acquisition card based on PCI bus according the transformation requirements of hydraulic testing machine and carries out a detailed study demonstration on it. In addition, the paper completed the hardeware design and give a brife introduction to the softeware programming. Practice has proved that the high performance, high stability and high reliability of data acquisition card play efficient role in the transformation system of hydrauiic testing machine and improve the accuracy of test results distinctly.
