骨折后肘关节功能障碍患者的综合康复治疗 被引量:9

摘要 目的:观察并分析上肢骨折后肘关节功能障碍患者的综合康复治疗疗效。方法:选取因上肢骨折经制动造成肘关节屈、伸功能障碍患者82例。随机分为治疗组44例和对照组38例。治疗组患者采用综合康复治疗:物理因子、手法治疗、功能训练;对照组患者经骨外科处理后单纯采用物理因子治疗,自行进行患肢功能训练。经2个月的治疗后,采用t检验、χ2检验进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组患者肘关节屈伸范围均明显优于对照组,治疗组的有效率为83.36%,明显优于对照组的有效率(65.79%)。组间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复治疗对肘关节功能障碍患者的关节活动度及功能恢复具有显著的促进作用。 Objective. To investigate the outcomes of general rehabilitative treatment of the elbow-joint dysfunction. Methods: A total of 82 cases with elbow-joint dysfunction were randomly divided in- to treatment group (n=44) and control group (n= 38). The treatment group were treated with general rehabilitative treatment (including physical agent treatment, manoeuvre treatment and functional exercise). The control group were treated with physical agent treatment after the simple treatment of bone surgery, and self-functional exercise. Results: After two months of treat- ment, the flexion-extension range of motion (ROM) of elbow-joint in the treatment group (83.36%) was better than that in the control group (65.79%). Conclusion. The general rehabilitative treatment has significant effect to the motion of joint with elbow-joint dysfunction.
