摘要
目的检测人类绒毛以及胎儿其他肠道外器官轮状病毒(RV)受体的存在情况,初步探讨 RV 宫内感染及肠道外感染病毒吸附的生物学基础。方法以单克隆抗体免疫组化方法检测上述组织 RV 受体存在情况。结果受检的10例胎儿中,8例小肠绒毛上皮细胞、8例心肌细胞、9例肺泡上皮细胞、4例肝细胞、5例肾集合管上皮细胞均存在 RV 受体,脑组织均阴性。受检15例绒毛上皮细胞均存在 RV 受体。5例正常儿童和5例成人单个核细胞表面均有 RV 受体表达。结论胎儿绒毛组织及肠道外器官广泛存在 RV 受体,提示 RV 宫内感染和肠道外感染存在一定的物质基础。
Objective To detect the distribution of rotavirus (RV) receptor in the fetal villus and extraintestinal organs of human fetus, and explore the biological basement of RV adsorption in the intrauterine and extraintestinal infection. Methods RV receptor in the organs above-mentioned was detected with monoclonal-antibody-based immunohistochemical method. Results In all of the 10 fetuses detected, RV receptor was found in epithelial cells of the villus of small intestine in 8 cases, in cardiocytes in 8 cases, in alveolar epithelial cells in 9 cases, in hepatocytes in 4 cases and in epithelial cells of renal collecting duct in 5 cases. The brain tissues in all the cases were negative. RV receptor was found in epithelial cells of the villus in 15 cases. The mononuclear cells of all the 5 cases of healthy children and 5 cases of adults were positive. Conclusion RV receptor exists in fetal villus and many extraintestinal organs, which suggests the existence of biological basement of RV adsorption in the intrauterine and extraintestinal infection.
