体内铁贮存水平对应激状态下大鼠心脏能量代谢的影响

摘要 经饮水给予大鼠不同剂量的铁和铁络合剂,造成大鼠体内铁贮存水平改变。观察在应激状态下,大鼠体内铁贮存量对心脏能量代谢的影响。结果表明,体内铁贮量增加,可致心脏三磷酸腺苷酸(ATP)含量降低,能量负荷(E.C.)明显下降;给予铁络合剂后心脏能量代谢明显改善。 The model of stored iron in female Wistar rats were made by administrating water containing ferrous sulfate and iron complexing agent.The effect of stored iron levels on heart energy metabolism under stress state were studied.The results showed that the contents of ATP and E.C.were decreased significantly when the stored iron levels inreased.The heart energy metabolism were improved after administrating iron complexing agent.
