废纸/再生高密度聚乙烯复合材料的力学性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 以废纸和再生HDPE为原料制备废纸/再生HDPE复合材料。采用红外光谱分析和差示扫描量热法分析手段研究了废纸和再生HDPE的基本特性,同时探讨了废纸用量、增容剂(硅烷偶联剂KH550和马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯MAPE)对复合材料力学性能的影响,并借助扫描电镜观察复合材料的拉伸断面形貌。结果表明:废纸能作为再生HDPE的增强体,且废纸质量分数为15%时,拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别为23.68MPa、28.78MPa;增容剂能改善复合材料的界面性质,提高复合材料的力学性能,KH550和MAPE最佳用量分别为1%和4%~6%。 Waste paper/recycled HDPE composite was prepared with waste paper and recycled HDPE as raw materials. The key characteristics of the waste paper and recycled HDPE were studied by means of FFIR and DSC. The effects of waste paper content, compatibilizer KH550 and MAPE on the mechanical properties of the composite were discussed. The morphology of the tensile fracture surface of the composite was observed by means of SEM. The results showed waste paper could be used as reinforcing materials of the recycled HDPE, and when the mass fracttion of the waste paper was 15%, the tensile strength and flexural strength of the composite was 23.68MPa and 28.78MPa, respectively; compatibilizer could improve the interfacial compatibility and mechanical properties of the composite. The optimum contents of KH550 and MAPE were 1wt% and 4wt%-6wt%, respectively.
