Generation and Recent Advances in Optical Rectification THz Sources

摘要 太赫兹科学技术是近20年来发展起来的一门新学科,其关键技术是太赫兹波的产生和探测。本文介绍了光整流太赫兹源的辐射原理、国内外研究情况、存在的问题等。今后其发展方向主要应为通过掺杂等手段改进光电导材料的光电特性,提高材料的相位匹配能力和减小饱和现象来提高辐射的功率和效率。 In recent 20 years, THz science and technology have been developed fastly. The key of THz is its generation and detection. In this paper, the generation mechanism of optical rectification THz sources and recent research progress in this field are introduced. The future of this kind of THz generation method is also forecast.
